1. Scope & Applicability
These Purchase Terms apply to digital mock test packages, study access entitlements, and digital vouchers purchased through NihongoDoya-supported purchasing channels (such as authorized website orders or direct institutional distribution where purchasing is officially provided). Their presence in our legal documentation does not mean that purchasing is available within every NihongoDoya application or distribution channel.
Google Play Application Notice: The current Google Play version of the NihongoDoya application is provided as a free educational learning service. The current Google Play application does not provide an in-app purchasing flow, does not direct users to an external payment method from within the app, and provides the learning functionality included in that release without requiring an in-app purchase. Users of the Google Play build are not required to make purchases to use the free learning materials included in that release.
2. Digital Content & Access Entitlements
NihongoDoya provides Japanese language learning resources, practice drills, and computer-based mock examinations (including JFT-Basic and SSW Skill Test simulations). When digital access or packages are purchased through supported direct channels:
- Package Specifications: The number of mock test sets, question coverage, included categories, and validity periods (e.g., 30 days, 60 days) are specified at the time of purchase.
- Account-Linked Access: Entitlements are tied to the authenticated user account that activates the digital code or voucher and cannot be transferred between different user accounts.
- Defined Validity: Digital access is valid for the explicit duration selected during order placement and does not constitute permanent, indefinite, or lifetime access unless explicitly sold as such.
3. Pricing, Currencies & Creator Codes
All pricing displayed on supported purchasing channels is stated clearly before you complete an order. Pricing may vary based on country, currency, package tier, or promotional campaigns.
- Creator & Referral Codes: Valid promotional codes or creator referral codes may offer discounts on eligible packages during checkout. Referral codes cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or stacked beyond stated terms.
- Price Adjustments: NihongoDoya reserves the right to modify pricing, discounts, and package offerings at any time. Price adjustments do not affect existing active entitlements already purchased and activated.
4. Orders & Payment Processing
For purchases conducted on supported website or direct channels, orders are processed using authorized payment methods appropriate for the region. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and contact details when placing an order.
- Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once payment verification is completed by our processing systems.
- Digital Delivery: Access entitlements or digital activation vouchers are delivered electronically upon successful order verification.
5. Digital Vouchers & Licensing
When purchasing digital vouchers or package entitlement codes:
- Single-Use: Each voucher code is valid for a single activation on a single NihongoDoya account.
- Non-Transferable: Once activated, entitlements are permanently tied to the redeeming account and cannot be reassigned.
- Personal License: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to access the test materials for individual study preparation. Resale or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
6. Fraud Prevention & Account Responsibilities
To protect platform integrity and student security, users must not:
- Generate, guess, duplicate, or alter digital voucher codes.
- Share authenticated account credentials to allow multiple individuals to utilize a single student entitlement.
- Engage in payment fraud, unauthorized card use, or abusive chargeback requests.
NihongoDoya reserves the right to deactivate vouchers or suspend accounts found in violation of these anti-fraud terms.
7. Refund Policy Reference
Because NihongoDoya delivers immediate digital access to practice question databases and exam scoring upon activation, refund eligibility is governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy prior to completing your purchase.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our cloud servers and practice platforms. However, occasional service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, hosting upgrades, or unforeseen network outages. We reserve the right to update question banks, enhance test explanations, and maintain software reliability without prior notice.
